YogaTree Catskills Retreat (Retreat is full, let us know if you’d like to be on the wait list or get a heads up on next retreat)
Join YogaTree for yoga, hiking, and the beauty of autumn in the Catskills this September. Relax and renew at Winter Clove Inn, a beautiful resort spanning 300 acres along the Catskills Wilderness Preserve in upstate New York.
Dates: Friday, September, 20th to Sunday, September, 22nd.
Cost: From $399pp, including meals and activities.
Relax and renew with activities including yoga classes, campfire evening, hikes, and an Oktoberfest night in a German beer hall. Enjoy the amenities of Winter Clove Inn, from their pool and fitness center to bowling alley, golf course and game room. All activities are optional – this is your retreat so join in when you want! Additional adventures available to explore on your own, such as a trip to Woodstock or trek to Kaaterskill Falls.
All accommodation is double occupancy: $399pp for room with shared bathroom, There are three rooms sharing tow baths in an apartment like setting. $440pp for room with private bathroom. This cost includes all meals and yoga sessions. Alcoholic beverages are not included. Dietary restrictions and preferences will be requested after you sign up.
Sign up at the studio or by contacting YogaTree on email@example.com or 856-905-5564. Deposit of $100pp will secure your place, with the remaining cost due by the 7th of August. Checks are payable to YogaTree. Space is limited and booking quickly, register soon to secure a spot.

River Yoga Sunday Evening , 8/4 at 6pm

Join Sara by the River Sunday evening, 8/4, for an All Levels Yoga class where you can connect with nature and your practice. Enjoy your yoga with beautiful views, breezes and sunshine, a wonderful setting to go with the flow! This is a regular class card class, drop in is $14.
River Yoga is held by the Riverton Yacht Club at the end of Main Street. Meet us there and enjoy!

Once a month after Happy Hour yoga you can Double your fun at Happy, Happy Hour with Danielle. Stick around after class for an hour of refreshments and conversation with your yoga friends and family.
Class is 6 to 7 pm, chat time is 7 to 8 pm.

4:30 to 5:30 pm, $10
Akin to YogaDance, your hour will include joyful dance party and a short relaxing guided meditation. Nia is a dynamic fitness and lifestyle practice combining movement and philosophies from powerful Martial Arts, expressive Dance Arts, and integrative Healing Arts to bring the body, mind, emotions and spirit to life! Nia emphasizes not only physical conditioning, but also creativity, community, self-discovery, and individual expression.
Every class offers a unique combination of 52 moves that correspond with the main areas of the body: the base, the core and the upper extremities. Nia is adaptable to different levels of challenge by choosing from three intensity levels. Nia delivers a joyful, invigorating, and powerful practice both on and off the dance floor. Every body is welcome!
One Hour Class, Cost $10
Mary Jo Dervos is a Nia White Belt Teacher. She teaches swimming and fitness classes, including Nia, at the Wycoff Family YMCA. She has taught classes, directed programs and coached in the fitness area for many years. Her career includes serving as the Director of a senior center, a High School Physical Education teacher, and a swim team coach. Mary Jo has integrated fitness and wellness into the lives of many.
