Participants will experience yoga, Reiki, Thai massage and Myofascial release techniques.

Maria Lodge PT, RYT, is a physical therapist, yoga teacher, Thai yoga therapist and Reiki healer. She founded Asana Wellness Physical Therapy, LLC in 2017 to combine her passions of various modalities for healing and wellness.

Kathleen, PT, RYT is a physical therapist, yoga teacher, Thai yoga therapist, intuitive eating educator, and reiki practitioner. In 2017, Kathleen founded Compassionate Healing Services, a company dedicated to making yoga and other wellness services accessible and affordable to under served communities.

4:30 to 5:30 pm, $10

Akin to YogaDance, your hour will include joyful dance party and a short relaxing guided meditation. Nia is a dynamic fitness and lifestyle practice combining movement and philosophies from powerful Martial Arts, expressive Dance Arts, and integrative Healing Arts to bring the body, mind, emotions and spirit to life! Nia emphasizes not only physical conditioning, but also creativity, community, self-discovery, and individual expression.

Every class offers a unique combination of 52 moves that correspond with the main areas of the body: the base, the core and the upper extremities. Nia is adaptable to different levels of challenge by choosing from three intensity levels. Nia delivers a joyful, invigorating, and powerful practice both on and off the dance floor. Every body is welcome!

Guest Instructor

Mary Jo Dervos is a Nia White Belt Teacher. She teaches swimming and fitness classes, including Nia, at the Wycoff Family YMCA. She has taught classes, directed programs and coached in the fitness area for many years. Her career includes serving as the Director of a senior center, a High School Physical Education teacher, and a swim team coach. Mary Jo has integrated fitness and wellness into the lives of many.
