|Beth Filla, E-RYT 200 RYT 500, has been practicing yoga since 1996 and teaching since 2005. She was fortunate to be certified as a Jivamukti Yoga Teacher in 2012, one of the final years that both co-founders of the Jivamukti method conducted the entire training. As the former long-time owner of Yogawood, she used to teach a lot in the space that is now YogaTree and is proud to have trained many of your favorite teachers.|

Join Melissa by the River on Sunday mornings for an All Levels Yoga class where you can connect with nature and your practice. Enjoy your yoga with beautiful views, breezes and sunshine, a wonderful setting to go with the flow! This is a regular class card class, drop in is $14.
River Yoga is held by the Riverton Yacht Club at the end of Main Street. Meet us there and enjoy!

Come practice yoga nidra, yogic sleep that is a deep relaxation and a way to awaken the connection between mind, body and soul. It’s like deep sleep while you are awake. We provide the blankets, bolsters, eye pillows. Recline comfortably, relax and enjoy a guided meditation.

Once a month after Happy Hour yoga you can Double your fun at Happy, Happy Hour with Danielle. Stick around after class for an hour of refreshments and conversation with your yoga friends and family.
Class is 6 to 7 pm, chat time is 7 to 8 pm.

Similar to Yoga Dance, come dance for Joy! No experience necessary, low impact and fun!

Akin to YogaDance, your hour will include joyful dance party and close with a guided meditation. Nia is a dynamic fitness and lifestyle practice combining movement and philosophies from powerful Martial Arts, expressive Dance Arts, and integrative Healing Arts to bring the body, mind, emotions and spirit to life! Nia emphasizes not only physical conditioning, but also creativity, community, self-discovery, and individual expression.
Every class offers a unique combination of 52 moves that correspond with the main areas of the body: the base, the core and the upper extremities. Nia is adaptable to different levels of challenge by choosing from three intensity levels. Nia delivers a joyful, invigorating, and powerful practice both on and off the dance floor. Every body is welcome!
One Hour Class, Cost $10
Mary Jo Dervos is a Nia White Belt Teacher. She has taught classes, directed programs and coached in the fitness area for many years. As the Director of a senior center to a High School Physical Education teacher, she has integrated fitness and wellness into the lives of many. She is currently teaching swimming and fitness classes at the Wycoff Family YMCA and I am very excited to welcome her to YogaTree!
